Women’s Ministry
“Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.”
Proverbs 31:30
As a church that holds to complementarian convictions, we believe that God has created men and women in distinct ways. So we want to provide contexts of discipleship that help encourage women to grow specifically as women. Read below to get a glimpse into how we do that.
LOCAL WOMEN’S RETREAT

LADIES PRAYER GATHERING
During our Sunday School hour, we offer a ladies prayer gathering called, “Open the Door.” They gather from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings in Room 116.
In Revelation 3:20, John records Jesus' words: "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me."
This side of eternal glory with Jesus, there is no greater picture of prayer....we open the door to our Savior, King Jesus, Redeemer and Friend through prayer. And HE changes us! Ladies of all ages, please join us for an hour of prayer as we turn the prior week's sermon into prayer requests for the family of believers at CCC.
THE WELL
Once each quarter, we host a gathering called for women of all ages called “The Well.” It’s designed as an environment in which women can connect in smaller groups, learn from gifted teachers, and pray together. This gathering is primarily for women who attend CCC, but is open to any women in the community who would like to participate as well. To access audio recordings of teachings from the Well (and other women’s events), click the white button below.
